At Womely, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. We have a cancellation policy in place to make this process as easy as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5-9 business days. 

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until the product is delivered to you and then initiate a return in accordance with our return policy. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that the refund will be issued in the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

Also, we do not offer any discounts or refunds after the order has been placed. All discounts must be applied before the order is submitted.

Changes To Orders

If you need to make changes to your order, such as changing the shipping address or adding or removing items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at [email protected] We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped.

If we are unable to make changes to your order, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information.
